Your entry in the Easter Seals Regatta Festival of Boats includes:

• A Pre-Event Reception, Trivia Night and Silent Auction hosted by The Royal Victoria Yacht Club
• A Colorful Parade of Boats
• Best Boat Decor Competition - open to all boats!
• Skipper & Crew Costume Competition - open to all boats!
• For the race enthusiast - race in one of many divisions including an NFS division
• The On-shore Party at the Royal Victoria Yacht Club, including a dinner and live entertainment.
• A chance to win an all-inclusive trip for 2 and many other great prizes!
• An on-shore KidZone including jumping castle, games, arts & crafts and kids BBQ
• Balloon Raffle for kids and adults
• RVYC Dance with Live Entertainment in the Clubhouse following the Awards Ceremony

All you have to do is send in the registration form (download) and we will then send you your skipper’s kit which will get you on the way to fundraising and some great incentives.

Traditionally, Skippers have been raising funds through boat sponsorship. This has proven to be a very successful way to raise funds while giving local businesses the opportunity to take part in the Regatta and promote themselves in a very unique way.

Enclosed in your Skipper/Crew Kits are tools to help you approach potential sponsors and earn their support. Sponsor sign up brochures and fax out sheets are two ways to solicit sponsors. Both pieces contain information about the event and the cause along with a simple sign up section .

Be creative with your sponsors by exploring strategies that will help them promote their business in unique ways. The Boat Sponsor Incentive Program offers terrific benefits at various contribution levels. You may want to add to this by inviting your sponsor(s) to join you on your boat for the day! Use your imagination and give your sponsors the opportunity to give you some input.
